To me, is a minor issue and I can ignore this cost, in particular if compared to the immense benefit I get from having RealStats enabled in Excel!

Of course, it persists even after Excel or Windows get restarted. This 1-second delay in copy and paste actions is introduced whenever (and only when) one of the above XRealStats add-in is enabled. …unfortunately, I haven’t older versions to test.
